Registration Fees

Delegate Registration (Members of CIFA or WCA) USD 995 per person
Delegate Registration (Non-Members) USD 1095 per person
Spouse Registration USD 575 per person

Conference Tip: Please see the Sponsor and Booth packages before registering. Some Sponsor and Booth packages include complimentary delegate registrations for one or more persons.


DELEGATE Registration Fees Include:

  • Participation in One-on-One meetings.
  • Entrance to the booth areas.
  • Daily buffet lunch on all meeting days (5-7 November 2019).
  • Coffee and tea throughout each meeting day as well as pre-scheduled coffee break snacks during mornings and afternoons on meeting days (5-7 November 2019).
  • Cocktail reception and gala dinner (4 & 5 November 2019).
  • Use of the event's onsite business center.
  • Event bag, delegate badge, event giveaway items, and event information.

SPOUSE Registration Fees Include:

  • Daily buffet lunch on all meeting days (5-7 November 2019).
  • Coffee and tea throughout each meeting day as well as pre-scheduled coffee break snacks during mornings and afternoons on meeting days (5-7 November 2019).
  • Cocktail reception and gala dinner (4 & 5 November 2019).

Definition of Spouse: For registration purposes, a spouse will be defined as a wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend accompanying one who has registered as a main delegate. Spouses are not entitled to take part in the One-on-One sessions or collect conference materials.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

After Friday, 4 October 2019 50% of the total fees for Delegate and Spouse Registrations will be refunded
After Friday, 18 October 2019 No Refund

PAYMENT

  • Shortly after registering, an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided during the registration process.
  • Payment should be made as soon as possible.
  • You will not be able to use the online One-on-One Meeting Scheduler to make appointments until payment has been received.
  • Payment (USD) can be made online via credit card.
  • Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@sinoconference.com so that we can provide you with alternatives.
  • Payment (RMB) can be made through CIFA. Please send an email to conference@cifa.org.cn for more information.
