Every delegate will receive these items inside their welcome pack and will use them throughout the meeting during one-on-ones, or when simply writing a note for a fellow member.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Sponsorship is exclusive to ONE company only.
• Sponsorship will be on First Come - First Served basis and you will need to settle payment by the set deadline in order to have your sponsorship confirmed.
• We reserve the right to sell this sponsorship to other members if you do not settle your payment on time. This form of sponsorship is very popular and in high demand.

ORDERING

• This sponsorship cannot be reserved online and can only be ordered by email to merchandise@sinoconference.com.

PAYMENT

• Shortly after purchasing your sponsor package online, an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided during the registration process.
• Payment should be made as soon as possible. The number of sponsorship packages is limited and priority be given to those who have already paid.
• Payment in USD can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@sinoconference.com so that we can provide you with alternatives.
• Payment in RMB can be made through CIFA. Please send an email to conference@cifa.org.cn for more information.
• You will not have your company logo appear on the conference website or other promotional material until payment has been received by the conference organizers.
