- Complimentary Shuttle buses will be provided between Regal Airport Hotel and AWE during 5-7 November. The distance is 5 mins each way.
- Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel is located next to AWE (5 mins walking distance).
PAYMENT
- Pre-payment for the full period of stay will be charged to you at the time of booking.
- USD payments can be made online via credit. If you wish to pay by other means, then please send an email to accounting@sinoconference.com so that we can provide you with alternatives.

For any of the above cases, we will do their best to negotiate with the hotel to keep your charges as low as possible, however this depends on the hotel's occupancy at the time and we cannot guarantee that we will always be successful in negotiations. |

Single Occupancy - ONE person occupying a room with either One King-Sized bed or Two Small beds depending on availability at the hotel at time of check-in. |

Double / Twin Occupancy - TWO persons occupying a room with either either One King-Sized bed or Two Small beds. By default, the hotel will assign One King-Sized bed for couples and Two small beds for people of the same sex, however beds will be assigned according to availability at time of check-in. |
