• Sponsor's logo featured on all signage in the registration area and Plenary Session Backdrop (size and prominence of logo will be in accordance to sponsorship levels).
• Special acknowledgement during the Gala Dinner on 5 November 2019. Please make sure you have someone attending the gala dinner to receive your sponsor gift.

ORDERING A SPONSOR PACKAGE

• Sponsor Packages can be ordered online through the Shopping Cart (on the left of this page) or by clicking on  at the bottom of this page.
• Follow the online instructions and please be sure to enter the correct information. Please note that the PLATINUM sponsor package includes one free event pass.
• Sponsor packages are limited in number and will be sold on a first come - first served basis.

PAYMENT

• Shortly after purchasing your sponsor package online, an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided during the registration process.
• Payment should be made as soon as possible. The number of sponsorship packages is limited and priority be given to those who have already paid.
• Payment in USD can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@sinoconference.com so that we can provide you with alternatives.
• Payment in RMB can be made through CIFA. Please send an email to conference@cifa.org.cn for more information.
• You will not have your company logo appear on the conference website or other promotional material until payment has been received by the conference organizers.
