SENDING CONFERENCE MATERIALS

If you wish to send materials (ie. brochures and giveaway items) to Hong Kong to be used during the conference then we suggest that you contact HLT LOGISTICS. HLT are the designated ground handler for the Bangkok conference and will be in of delivering yours and WCAworld’s conference materials to the conference venue (Kerry Hotel Hong Kong). Kindly note that there is a handling fee for this service and that you need to contact HLT LOGISTICS for the price. Note that Kerry Hotel will not accept and store deliveries on anyone’s behalf.
