Your registration will not be complete and your name will not be shown in the Attendee List until full payment has been received.
Delegate Fee Includes: access to the online One-on-One Meeting Scheduler and all events and functions as appears in the Conference Agenda.
Spouse / Accompanying Delegate Fee Includes: Buffet Lunches and Coffee Breaks on conference days, Welcome Cocktail Reception, and Gala Dinner.
Note: Delegate fees and Spouse / Accompanying Delegate fees DO NOT include Special Events such as the full day city tour. Additional charges apply to Special Events. For more details see the Special Events section of this website.

Payment Deadline

 Immediately You can use the Order Confirmation to make payment while waiting for an official invoice to be sent to you from our accounting department. Your conference registration will not be completed until payment has been received by WCAworld or CIFA.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

WITHIN Friday, 12 September 2025 at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7) 100% refund
AFTER Friday, 12 September 2025 at 17:00 hrs Bangkok Time (GMT+7) No refund

PAYMENT:

Please use the online Order Confirmation to make payment. An official invoice will be sent to you shortly after registration (within one working day).
Payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Partner Pay (WCAworld members only) is accepted.
You will not be officially registered or have access to the One-on-One Meetings Scheduler until payment has been received. We will not update your details on the Conference Attendee List until payment has been received.
