Cancellation Policy:
- Failure to Cancel your conference registration before Friday, 1 April 2022, 13:00 hrs., UK Time (GMT +1) will result in 100% cancellation fees.
- This is being done out of consideration for others who may have arranged One-on-One Meetings with you.
- To CANCEL your participation at any time, please send an email to support@wcaworld.com.
Payment:
- An invoice will be sent to you shortly after registration. Expect up to 24 hrs delay because invoices are issued accounting staff in from Bangkok
- Payment by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or Partner Pay (WCA members only) is accepted
- Proof of payment must be provided before we can open your One-on-One Meeting Scheduler
